Many of you have experienced this after training….DOMS or Delayed Onset of Muscular Soreness is a sadly unavoidable side effect of hard work in the gym.

Know WHY you want to achieve your goal

Many of you will have heard this before….SMART goal setting. It is used in everything from business to fitness. And it does make sense, you should have a goal that is:

Specific (know exactly what it is that you want to achieve)
Measurable (how are you going to measure your progress?)
Attainable (It should be within your reach)
Realistic (Work out what is realistic be it muscle growth or weight loss)
Timescale (give yourself a timescale for it to happen, break ...
