Are you an early morning person, or do you prefer to train in the evening? I can work around your schedule.
I’m based at Herts Sports Village at Hertfordshire Uni, but I can travel to most surrounding areas in Welwyn Garden City or Hatfield to train at your house if preferred.
INDIVIDUAL & GROUP TRAINING
I provide one-to-one, or partner training if you want to split the cost and train with a friend
I am an experienced personal trainer based in Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield, Hertfordshire. Having thousands of hours of one to one training experience I know exactly what it takes to get you leaner, fitter and stronger whilst feeling better mentally in the process.
I take a holistic approach to every client, looking at posture, movement patterns, diet and general lifestyle as well as your exercise experience. This way you get the most out of training by backing it up with healthy living that fits around you and your lifestyle.
