All consultations are free of charge and will last approximately 45-60 minutes. This usually involves one or more of the following:
- Lifestyle and diet questionnaire
- Goals and motivation for change
- Body fat caliper measurements
- Postural analysis
When booking sessions, full payment must be made in advance (unless a structured payment plan has been agreed beforehand). Failure to do so will result in a delay of starting your sessions.
Payments can be made via cheque, bank transfer or cash. A full receipt will be issued if requested.
Sessions will last for 60 mins unless otherwise agreed beforehand.
All sessions will start and finish at the agreed time. If you are late for a session, this time may not be made up at the end of a session or another time. It is your responsibility to be on time for every session. If you are running late please make your trainer aware via text or phone call as soon as possible.
All cancellations must be made with a full 24 hour notice. Any cancellations made after this time will be charged at the full price of the session.
